All competitors must follow the Peegle Live social pages and upload their video to the Peegle Live app.

Terms and Conditions for the Competition:

1. By participating in our Competition, you agree fully to our Terms and Conditions, as well as Terms and Conditions for the Competition.
2. This Competition only opens for South African users, excluding the employees of Peegle Live, their agencies, or anyone else professionally connected to Peegle Live.
3. All competitors must have a registered Peegle Live App account and followed all our social media pages. 
4. All competitors may upload more than 1 video. There is no restriction on how many you can upload. However, only the best one out of the all the videos you have uploaded is allowed to participate.
5. There will be a total of 2 lucky winners to win unlimited data for 30 days only. 
6. Prices are not transferrable and may not be exchanged for cash.
7. The winners will be contacted by Peegle Live to arrange delivery of prizes within 10 working days after the Competition had closed.
8. Prizes must be claimed within 3 months of the Competition date or else it will be forfeited.
9. The price “unlimited data*” means a SIM card from service provider RAIN which contains an unlimited data package for 19 hours per day (11pm - 6pm the next day). You cannot use in between 18:00 – 23:00. 
10. You can use the SIM card on any 4G device. Speeds and streaming quality may vary due to rain’s network management policy or network load. Peegle Live is not responsible and is not able to provide any support for any network related issues with the SIM card. If you have any concerns about the data services, we suggest that you go to Rain’s website to check out their services and coverage. 
11. Winners must return the SIM card back to Peegle Live after 30 days as it is the property of Peegle Live. The winners may not claim any ownership of the SIM card or transfer the card into their name.
12. Winners will be selected based on engagement on their Peegle Live videos and post. We will evaluate mainly based on the amount of likes which a video receives. The judges’ decisions are final.
13. The Peegle Live reserves the right to verify all entries and the winners and to refuse to award a prize or withdraw prize entitlement and/or refuse further participation in the promotion and disqualify the participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions or any instructions forming part of this promotions entry requirements or otherwise where a participant has gained unfair advantage in participating in the promotion or won using any fraudulent means.
14. In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of Peegle Live, or otherwise where fraud, abuse, and/or an error (human or computer) affects or could affect the proper operation of this Competition or the awarding of prizes, and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, Peegle Live reserves the right to cancel or amend the Competition or these terms and conditions, at any stage, but will always endeavour to minimize the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.
15. Participants are still held liable to Peegle Live Terms of Use and may be disqualified if they break any of Peegle Live policies.
